Which solutions are required to check for interference

The following solutions should be tested to check for interference.

Prepare diluted samples of:

•    biorelevant medium
•    drug without biorelevant medium (use secondary standard solution and dilute with diluent to prepare same drug concentration as working standard solution)
•    drug with biorelevant medium
•    dosage form (e.g. drug and excipients) with biorelevant medium
