6. Returns and refunds

You must notify us before returning any items. Please read the relevant section below. Once we have received your completed ‘Returns & Refunds’ form, we will respond to your request and provide you with further instruction.


  • Faulty Product

    If the product that you receive is faulty, please notify us within 7 working days of receiving your order.

    Go to the ‘Returns & Refunds’ form at the bottom of this page. Select ‘Faulty Product’ from the drop-down menu. Quote your ‘Order Number’ and give a brief description of the fault in the message field.

    Once we have received and inspected the goods in question, if a fault is found we will offer a full refund or exchange. Please note: if no fault is found with the item, no refund or exchange will be issued.


  • Incorrect Product Received

    If you are sent the incorrect product by mistake, you can return it to us and receive a full refund or exchange. You must notify us in writing within 7 working days from receipt of goods that you have received the incorrect order.

    Go to the ‘Returns & Refunds’ form at the bottom of this page. Select ‘Incorrect Product Received’ from the drop-down menu. Quote your ‘Order Number’ and write what product you should have received in the message field.

    Once we have received and checked the item, we will offer a full refund or exchange.


  • Product Returns

    You are entitled to a full refund up to 7 working days from the receipt of goods. You must notify us within 7 days from receipt of goods that you would like a refund. We will only provide a refund if the product is returned to us in an unopened and undamaged state.

    We do not cover the cost of postage and packaging of returning items to us, unless it has resulted from an error on our part. It is your responsibility to ensure that the item is suitably packaged to avoid damage in transit. A registered delivery service must be used to return such items, so that any missing packages can be tracked.

    Go to the ‘Returns & Refunds’ form at the bottom of this page. Select ‘Product Returns’ from the drop-down menu. Quote your ‘Order number’ and write your reason for returning the product in the message field.
